Setup and teardown are in the price. We don’t bill them separately.

What we need from you

  • Clear, reasonably level ground — about 26×26 ft for a 20×20, 16×16 ft for a 10×10, to allow for stake lines
  • Grass is ideal. Driveways and patios work too — we bring weights instead of stakes, just tell us when you book
  • Gate or side access wide enough to walk the frame through
  • A rough headcount, so we can tell you if one tent is enough

Tent rental questions

Our 10x10 frame tent is $150 and our 20x20 is $300, with delivery, setup and teardown included. There is no separate setup charge, and you keep the tent for the whole weekend rather than a single day.

A 20x20 frame tent seats about 40 to 48 people at tables, or holds up to 64 standing. For 50 seated with a buffet line underneath, most people go with a 20x20 and put the food table just outside, or add a 10x10 over the food.

We do. Delivery, setup, teardown and pickup are all included in the price for every tent we rent. You do not need to do anything but point us at the spot.

Yes. On hard surfaces we use weights instead of stakes. Just mention it when you book so we bring them on the truck.

Plan on roughly 26x26 ft of clear ground for a 20x20 tent, and about 16x16 ft for a 10x10. The extra room is for the stake lines, which run out at an angle from each corner.

We do. A 20x20 comfortably covers a small backyard ceremony or a seated reception of around 40. For anything larger, give us a call and we will talk through whether two tents makes more sense.

Graduation season in May and June books up first, and summer weekends go quickly. If you have a date, it is worth asking early even if your headcount is not final.
