Customer Reviews

"We had an excellent experience with Promusement Party Rental LLC. From the very beginning, their team was responsive and quick to provide a quote, making the booking process simple and convenient. Their pricing was very reasonable, and they delivered and picked up the tables and chairs promptly before and after our event. The entire process was seamless, and their professionalism and customer service exceeded our expectations. They were friendly, reliable, and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Promusement Party Rental LLC to anyone in need of party rentals and will definitely use them again for future events."

"We had a wonderful experience with Ryan and the Promusement team for our daughter’s 5th birthday party! Ryan was prompt, responsive, and clear throughout the entire process. He provided transparent pricing, explained the inflatable’s size and space requirements, and reviewed setup, care, and weather considerations. When the forecast looked unfavorable, Ryan thoughtfully checked in before finalizing everything to ensure we were comfortable and not risking the rental. The team was professional, courteous, and neat during setup, stayed in communication throughout the rental, and was flexible with drop-off. We highly recommend Promusement for any party or event rental!"

"We rented the Tropical Combo with slide (dry) and it was awesome! The kids had a blast from start to finish, and it was a hit with every age, from our toddlers all the way up to the 10-year-olds. Ryan and Jenna, the husband-and-wife team behind the business, were wonderful to work with: friendly, reliable, and easy to coordinate with. It was clean, easy to set up, and kept everyone entertained the whole time. We'd definitely rent again and highly recommend it!"
